Dennis Brewer, Jr.

Dennis G. Brewer, Jr. has been in practice in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex for over 35 years. Mr. Brewer's experience spans all the firm's practice areas - from church law to family law and from contract review to civil litigation. Mr. Brewer is a zealous advocate for his clients who vigorously protects and defends their best interests.  Mr. Brewer's wide ranging experience gives him an unmatched perspective from which to advise his clients regarding their options in pursuing their cases.     

Mr. Brewer attended Southern Methodist University for both his Juris Doctor and his Bachelor of Science with honors.  He has chosen to live his personal and professional life in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and continues to be an active part of the North Texas Community. 

Mr. Brewer has served the legal community through a variety of leadership roles including as former President of the Irving Bar association and a Master of the Bench in the Annette Stewart American Inn of Court.  He was a charter member of The Collaborative Law Institute of Texas.

Believes in value volunteer service, Mr. Brewer serves the broader community as a board member of a wide variety of local and national businesses and charities.  He currently serves as the President of the Board of America's Mighty Warriors, a 501(c)(3) corporation that serves Gold Star Families and troops, both active and retired.  He has served on the boards of directors of various banks, churches, and other community organizations.

Dennis Brewer's contributions and proficiencies as a practitioner has been recognized throughout the state.  He has an 'AV' rating by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating given, which is based upon confidential survey responses of attorneys and judges. Mr. Brewer also received the distinction of being named "Super Lawyer" by Texas Monthly Magazine each year since 2004.

Mr. Brewer is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas. He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in the field of family law.

Laura Lang

For more than fifteen years Laura Lang has advised nonprofit organizations of all shapes and sizes.  Ms. Lang's experience ranges from creation of entities and initial tax exemption filings to legal reviews of policies and procedures necessary to run an effective organization. When she is not advising nonprofits, Ms. Lang represents entrepreneurs as they begin their work and individuals in estate planning and probate matters.  In all aspects of representation, Ms. Lang is a solution oriented attorney and guides her clients through best practices.  She provides clients with information that allows them to make effective strategic decisions. Laura Lang attended Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana for her undergraduate studies. She attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law for her Juris Doctor and was a member of the Computer Law Review and Technology Journal.  Over sixteen years in practice, Ms. Lang has represented individuals and entities in a wide variety of probate, real estate, and corporate matters.  

Ms. Lang has provided guidance on employment matters, best practices, entity formation, tax exempt applications, and real estate matters.  This includes employment manuals, intellectual property agreements, real estate closings, contract disputes and a host of other matters related to business operations.  

Laura Lang has been recognized on multiple occasions as a "Texas Rising Star" by Texas Monthly and Law and Politics Magazine and her peers. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.  She is a member of the Junior League of Dallas and First United Methodist Church, Coppell, where she is a Trustee.

Patty Wenetschlaeger

Patty Wenetschlaeger serves as a mediator and arbitrator in many areas of law. Ms. Wenetschlaeger is known for her diligence in mediation and moving parties forward with creative and practical solutions to their conflicts. She is an adjunct professor teaching advanced mediation courses for Abilene Christian University's Master's Degree Program in Dispute Resolution as well as the Straus Institute at Pepperdine’s School of Law in Malibu, California. Ms. Wenetschlaeger has been a speaker for the state bar of Texas promoting Pro Bono work in the area of Family Law and is also a conference speaker, emphasizing the need for dispute resolution methods in the faith-based communities.

In addition to her mediation and arbitration practice, Ms. Wenetschlaeger practices in the area of Family Law and Non-Profit Law, including religious organizations and other public charities. Ms. Wenetschlaeger is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and in the U.S. Northern District of Texas. Within the area of Family Law, Ms. Wenetschlaeger handles all legal matters affecting children and families, including marital relations and divorce, custody, child support, enforcement, paternity, grandparent access, and adoption.

Ms. Wenetschlaeger attended Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California where she received her Juris Doctor along with a Master of Dispute Resolution from the Strauss Institute at Pepperdine. She was selected for a fellowship with the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolutions and served as a mediator in the Ventura County, California Family Courts and trained inner city students in Peer Mediation. She attended Abilene Christian University where she received a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology.

Ms. Wenetschlaeger is a council member on the State Bar of Texas ADR Section as well as a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association, the Abilene Bar Association, the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable, Texas Association of Mediators, and the Advisory Board for the Center for Conflict Resolution at Abilene Christian University. On multiple occasions Ms. Wenetschlaeger has been selected by her peers for recognition in Texas Monthly magazine as a "Rising Star Super Lawyer in Texas" in the field of Family Law.
